Jack has over 25 years of experience in all phases of real estate, including development, luxury home construction, land development, and condominium sales and management. In addition he has provided sales and marketing, management, operations, strategic planning, business development knowledge and expertise to a wide range of real estate businesses.
Jack has successfully built and operated organizations that provide innovative and profitable real estate advisory, consultation, transaction and management services. His clients have included property owners, lenders, developers, private equity firms and home builders. He has provided site selection, location analysis, sales and lease-back dispositions and nationwide multi-million dollar sales and marketing programs to clients throughout the southeastern United States.
