Steven Morrow, Vice President
Mr. Steven Morrow joined McElhaney & Bain, Inc. in 2009 as Vice President and is responsible for the procurement, finance and feasibility studies the company requires on each select project accepted by the company.
As a licensed real estate and banking professional, Mr. Morrow has over 20 years of real estate finance and development experience. During this time frame Mr. Morrow has been responsible for financing, developing, managing and closing thousands of real estate transactions as well as owning a title company. This experience coincides with McElhaney and Bain’s responsibility to qualify each real estate venture first and value it for highest and best use and creating a pro forma to confirm projects merit to the developer and its banking affiliate. Mr. Morrow has a significant background in the all phases of acquisition, development, entitlement, planning, management, joint venture partnerships, banking and title services.
Steve has been monitoring the north Florida real estate market for the last 25 years and is proud to call Atlantic Beach, Florida his home.
