Ken Belshe, Managing Director
Mr. Belshe joined McElhaney and Bain, Inc. in 2009 and as Managing Director he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.
As a licensed real estate broker, Ken has brokered over $500 Million in real estate transactions covering nearly 1,300 transactions in four different states.
Prior to joining McElhaney and Bain Mr. Belshe served from 1999 to 2009 as the Florida Regional Vice President of a large real estate development company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he was responsible for the management, sales, marketing and strategic disposition of the firm’s Florida portfolio. In that position Mr. Belshe obtained significant experience and exposure to all aspects of the real estate development process including site selection, acquisitions, permitting, entitlements, land planning, construction, sales and sales management.
Ken is proud to call Orlando home where he is involved in a number of professional and civic organizations including the Urban Land Institute, Leadership Orlando and the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors.
